Enhance Your Sexy

Every mom knows that tapping into her inner sexy is sometimes hard. Between changing diapers, cooking dinner and taking care of household chores; it's impossible not to feel exhausted. Although time is limited, it is necessary to take time for yourself to tap into your inner sexy. Sprucing up your outer appearance can jump start the process.

Here are five ways to enhance your sexy.

1) Buy a new outfit
Go shopping for an outfit that will make you feel amazing. Express your personal style
    with a sexy flair.

2) Change your hairstyle
A little cut and color can go a long way. It will keep you looking fresh and fabulous.

3) Fresh Mani and Pedi
Clean nails with a sexy new color will bring out your femininity.

4) Get a massage

Allow your body to relax and get rid of unnecessary toxins. Besides, it never hurts to
    get pampered.

5) Spruce up your makeup
Try a new eye shadow color that brightens your eyes and allows them to stand out.

Don't let exhaustion steal your sexy!

Style with a Conscience

As a mom, you can never have too many flats. My newest obsession is a pair of Silver Perforated Flats by Corso Como. Something about a comfortable shoe with plenty of shine, seems to brighten my day.

On my journey to purchase more stylish flats, I researched the company Corso Como. I found out that not only does this company have great shoes, they also support various environmental and social causes. A portion of each sale is donated to charity and they even use recyclable paper in their packaging.

I knew I loved these shoes, but now I know when I support my new obsession... it's for a great cause!

Test Your Patience

Motherhood is accompanied by plenty of opportunities that will test your ability to be patient.  When faced with a difficult situation, take a moment to BREATHE.  I have found that breathing in the middle of a testy moment, keeps me calm.  You will be surprised how one deep inhale and exhale can change your entire mood.  Noticing your breath cycle will allow you to remain present in your body and not in your restless, impatient mind.  Each challenging moment is a new opportunity to practice being patient.  It is not always easy, but practice makes perfect.  The next situation that tests your patience.  Take a moment, remain calm and BREATHE.

Here are five situations that will definitely test your patience.

1. Driving to drop your child off at daycare. BREATHE.
2. During a toddler's tantrum. BREATHE.
3. Waiting at the doctor's office. BREATHE.
4. Listening to various opinions regarding motherhood advice. BREATHE.
5. Shopping and trying to find the best outfit to fit your post pregnancy body. BREATHE.

Rachel Zoe Speaks to PopSugar about Motherhood

Rachel Zoe talks about Motherhood and the moment she relized she was a Mom. (Hint: It's all about the heels!)

Living in a Guilt Free Zone

Most moms want to give all their time and attention to their children, which sometimes turns into neglecting their own needs. Being a mother is a time consuming, demanding yet fully rewarding job. The responsibility for another person's life and fostering their spirit is a task beyond words. With this responsibility, it's hard to squeeze in time for yourself and nurture the qualities that make you a great mom in the first place.

The first step?…let go of the GUILT. There is no rule that says that being a mom means that you have to completely forget about yourself. If anything, making time to incorporate your passions will only make you a better mother. When you create time for yourself you show a great example of self-love while loving others.

If it's hard to make time for yourself, try to start in baby steps. Dedicate a little time during nap time or in the evening to focus on something you enjoy. You can read a book, watch a movie, but whatever it is make sure it's JUST FOR YOU. Once you move into a guilt free zone, you can dedicate one day a week or month to a little girl time with your pals or spend it on your favorite hobby.  The main goal is to maintain your passions and self-love while being the best mom ever.

Have fun reclaiming yourself and enjoy life while living in a Guilt Free Zone.
